2 c. tepid water
2 Tbsp. Snake River Orchard’s organic apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. honey or monkfruit sweetener
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Mix together and drink half in the morning and half at bedtime. Or enjoy throughout the day when your stomach is not full.
